This was obviously recorded on January 22, 2026, but because of unforeseen happenings in my life, I have not been able to upload it on time, but like what I always say – BETTER LATE THAN NEVER!đ¤Ŗ
O is definitely the most patient person I have ever met, but he does have a weakness, and it’s rude and entitled drivers, riders, and pedestrians. The only time I have ever seen him lose his cool is if a driver, rider, or pedestrian is deliberately being rude and entitled on the road. I share his frustration as a person who drives as well. This is where my love of GTA comes from. I apply in the game what I cannot apply in real life. GTA players know what I mean.đ Just wait for a bunch of NPCs to cross the street and VROOOM!đ It’s an automatic 3-star wanted level, but it’s super worth it.đ¤Ŗ No? Just me. Oh well.đ¤ˇđģââī¸
Anyway, in this episode, we talk about recent road/traffic issues. Our deepest condolences to the family of the child who was run over by a pickup truck [1]. We can only imagine the pain one must feel after losing a child that way. Yes, it was an accident, avoidable, sure, but let’s not point fingers at whose fault it is and have some empathy for both parties involved.
As a driver myself, based on the video, there was no way for the driver to have stopped in time, and that’s what’s heartbreaking. I’m sure the driver of the pickup is just as heartbroken as the parents because of this incident. So let’s not give unwarranted opinions of “should’ve, could’ve, would’ve”, because literally no one can anticipate an accident.
Then it becomes annoying because we hear of a tricycle driver seemingly provoking motorists despite him being on the wrong for counter-flowing [2]. He insisted he was not counter-flowing and that it was a two-way road, only for him to be proven wrong. And then of course, he gets bashed online, and then he comes out pleading with the public not to bash him, and judge him for that incident. Such a lame ass excuse that only annoys the heck out of me. If you can dish it out, you should be able to eat it up as well. All of this could’ve been avoided if only you weren’t an entitled donkey on the road.
Then there was that rider brawl where 5 motorcycle riders had it out on the road, throwing kicks and punches at each other that didn’t really land [3]. Like, what freaking losers. These are grown-up men! Can you believe how childish – actually, no, that is an insult to children who are only acting their age, these men’s behavior was so immature! Revoke all their licenses! If they cannot keep their cool on the road, they have no business being on the road! Imagine the inconvenience they caused other people on the road. Ugh, so annoying.
And then there was the story with James Deakin and his son’s experience with LTO over the holidays. That is a saga in itself, but I’ve posted the links below so you can read for yourself. My take on it is: traffic enforcers lack common sense. I’m not saying ALL of them are, I’m just saying the ones I’ve had an experience with, along with a hundred others, are incompetent and do not have the common sense needed to be able to be effective at their jobs. James Deakin’s story is not unique; this has happened to a common person. The only difference is that James Deakin has a voice, and in that regard, I’m glad he spoke up. If anything came out of his experience, at least now government agencies will follow “working days” instead of days when they feel like it, even if their respective agencies are closed.
Speaking of my experience with incompetent traffic enforcers, explain to me how I committed “obstruction” when I’m literally parked in between two holes?! Aren’t the holes the obstruction even if my car wasn’t there? How can a car pass with those damn holes in the way?
Yes, I know you’re not supposed to park there; we usually don’t, but this was a one-time thing and only because the road was closed to the public, except to residents anyway. I still paid for the fine, but it’s still so freaking stupid. It’s not about the fine; it’s that the enforcer did not use common sense in this instance.
